  Rodney Allen and his team are the best! I've never been disappointed with his agency. They are friendly at well aa helpful! He has helped us with our insurance needs and with potential claim issues. My husband and I are staying with Rodney! There's no better agent or agency anywhere!

  I love State Farm!! State Farm had helped me through different things, mainly through the pain of the most recent claim I had with my van. My husband was driving me to work and in a dark area of Hixson Pike, used a dead deer as a ramp. About three weeks later my van was declared totaled. State Farm went more than what they usually do, the auto collision place had the van for two weeks with no call to State Farm. The auto place said they left a message with one of us, but shouldn't have been calling us, the reason for calling us - the auto place was believing that in their mind it wasn't a true claim. Yet it was a claim through State Farm. State Farm called them got my van away from them, examined, two days later declared totaled and the van wad paid off and check was in our hands several days later. The auto collision place paid for the rental car after State Farm was no longer paying for it, because of their negligence. State Farm made sure after the mess up with the auto collision place, they took care of the van quickly and then had the auto collision place looked into about being a State Farm place.

  My family has been working with Rodney since he started his business with State Farm. I have continued to work with him after I was old enough to get my own insurance policies. He and his staff have been fantastic to work with! When I got married, he was able to put together some quotes for my husband in regards to switching his insurance over to State Farm. Rodney was able to save us money and also did courtesy reminders to my husband to help him gather all the information necessary to switch without lapse in coverage. Rodney has also done routine checks on our life insurance policies to ensure we have coverage in case my husband or I lose our coverage through our employers or if there is a policy that would be a better deal that what our employers currently provide. He and his staff are positive and helpful! I have never had a negative experience. I currently have a home owners policy, personal articles policy, and two full coverage auto policies. I can't find a company that will match the prices or customer service.
