She exceeded all of my expectations, she went above and beyond making sure that our authority doesn't get revoked for a non-renewal! Summer made sure that our new insurance was updated with the FMCSA. No other agent has the time for these things!! I've recommended her to our friends and I will continue to do so!!

She is very knowledgeable of the insurance industry and is able to guide the less knowledgeable such as myself through the many aspects of this industry. She is always quick to send certificates when I request them and I appreciate her promptness. She makes my job easier and I can't think of enough good things to say about her. (April 16, 2015, 4:42 pm)Chris as Sunbelt Insurance Group provided me with helpful information on applying for a new Commercial Insurance Policy. My soon to be previous insurance agency has nothing on Sunbelt's customer service as Chris understood the situation I was in and needing a policy before my old policy expires. He gave me a quote with similar benefits, riders and deductibles that even BEAT my old policy!! Thank you for the excellent customer service and I recommend anyone needing a new policy or LEAVING your old agent due to lack of customer service skills/knowledge to give Chris a call. You will NOT be disappointed!
