(July 10, 2019, 11:56 pm)Had my truck stolen. I had no car to drive and they wanted me to continue paying the same price as my prior policy. That seems wrong. I needed reasonable coverage to keep it in effect even though I wasn't driving. Why would I pay $100 a month for nothing ( nothing to cover) I'm with a new company now!

(December 19, 2018, 6:49 am)I worked with Paul Adkins at State Farm. I only was in the market for auto insurance but when I went to talk with Paul. I realized the need for life insurance which I never thought I needed any at the time. He made me see the benefit and was very affordable. I have had numerous questions since then about the policy and Paul is willing to go above and beyond to help me and my family. This is the best insurance experience I have had and would highly recommend Paul or anyone at this office.

(September 9, 2018, 6:52 am)Paul Adkins is an awesome employee at this site. he spent 3+ hours over the course of a couple days, sitting face to face, helping us get the insurance that was right for us. State farm and the staff here got us 2 life insurance policies (my wife and I), 2 car policies with comprehensive and extra road side services that they actually covered when our car doors lock (only one lock on the whole car) stopped working! we got temporary disability for me in case of an inability to work and renter insurance for all of our belongings in our home for about 10 dollars more than what another company gave us just car insurance for, with a huge deductible which we no longer have with State farm. I know it's a eyeful to read, but these guys are amazing! My wife and I are extremely happy with our insurance now and after we get our new home and our car paid off, we will be looking into more services from state farm because they have a lot of great services that I didn't even know an insurance company could offer! We got to pick our own insurance coverage's. Everything I listed was what we as a couple picked out. These guys don't bother pressuring you to buy anything. But are invaluable in the knowledge of services the company offers and the information they share with us to take care of us. These guys really care and it shows with the amount of time and investment they put into our meetings and to make sure we had everything we needed at the cheapest price they could get for us. Give these guys a shot if you are looking for a solid group of honest people to get insurance from.
