  Wow, what a fast response we received from Jim steed and on a SATURDAY!!!!!!!!
  My wife car got hit late Friday when it was parked. I shot Jim a text with a photo Saturday morning when we noticed the damage and within 5 min got a response on how to take care of it.

  We can't say "Thank you!" enough to express our appreciation for everything Jim has done for us! The reduction to our premiums was HUGE, especially considering the overall increases to our coverage (we literally saved thousands per year on our combined home/auto/motorcycle policies - and yes, that's plural!) and the level of customer service is unequaled! Jim quickly handled every little pesky detail that came up in transitioning to a new carrier - including a significant, unexpected last minute change! Jim never treated us like a customer, he's a friend that treats you like family!

  Jim does what he says and truly cares for his clients, and in a lot of cases finds better more coverage at a better rate than you currently have. This is what happened in my case. Give him m a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

  Jim and Tammie helped me tremendously in finding appropriate homeowners, specialist and motor insurance. Having moved here from the UK I found the different choices and regulations quite confusing (and I work in Insurance!) but Jim and Tammie were patient, thoughtful and like family in helping me make informed decisions and choices. There was no pressure and just good, honest advice. I of course did my own research when looking into specialist policies and found everything Jim advised me to be accurate and balanced. his and Tammie's attention to detail and level of detail to responses was second to none. I felt totally protected and cared for during one of the most stressful times of your life - moving and buying property!
