Long hours with a lot of work to be done. Advertises 37.5-40.0 hours per week when it is more like 45-50 hours per week if you want to stay semi-caught up. That's the hardest part. McGriff culture is excellent. Immediate management is OK but they are hindered by upper management with salary increase and job titles.
