(July 6, 2017, 5:48 pm)My experience with Sam Neill Insurance has been excellent. They are proactive in their approach and there to walk you through anything that arises. Our agent specifically is Bonnie Burchfield. Anytime we have a question or need no matter big or small she is on it and takes care of it. We don't have to worry about our insurance because we know Bonnie has it covered for us. In the past with other Insurance companies, any time you have a question or an issue they treated like an inconvenience. Whereas Bonnie is always glad to help. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to an Insurance agency or Insurance agent!

They are knowledgeable with all insurance across the board, extremely attentive, easily accessible, and their follow up is fabulous. They are proactive and always going the extra mile to review new policies so that we can save more money or extend our coverage. We've worked with several insurance agents over the years and we have to say that this is by far the best experience we've had. We have all of our insurance with them now.
