  I absolutely LOVE the people at my State Farm. They make me feel like I am one of the family when I come in. Even when I couldn’t be insured for my new business, Chastity went out of her way to then ask other companies who possibly could on my behalf! I didn’t have to lift a finger. Cindy couldn’t be a sweeter, more kind person if she tried. She is truly supporting and I feel is a person in my corner. Jaron is extremely personable and warm. I can tell he really cares! If you’re looking for a place that will know you as you walk through the door, or be happy to hear you when you call... this is the place. It may be insurance, but for my money I would rather be with them as an agent than any other for State Farm!

  Jaron & Chasity have taken great care of Smoky Mountain Lumber and all our insurance needs!   My husband and I came home from a relaxing vacation in Hawaii, only to discover a partially flooded home, due to a busted pipe leading into our bathroom. Being on a Sunday afternoon, we knew it would be a challenge to find a water restoration company in a timely manner. I reached out to Jaron and he responded within minutes. Two hours later, Servpro was at our door to help. The very next morning, Jaron was at our house, accessing the damage, but mainly to reassure us that everything would be okay. He has been in contact with us every step of the way. We've been with State Farm for many years, now and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

  Everyone at Jaron's office is awesome - very friendly and efficient. They have excellent customer service. Cindy Huff handles all our insurance there - homeowners, auto, and rentals. She is so great to work with; she's been in insurance for many years and knows her stuff!

  Had a flat and was able to contact Chasity in the office and she was so delightful and helpful. She had someone out to take care of it in just minutes. Great place, they take care of you, and have always been so pleasant when calling. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.
