  In an industry were the two key selling points are often price and service it would seem that it would be hard to stand out. However that is exactly the mission that Ginger Farmer accomplished on a recent Saturday when I was shopping for a car. I had found the car I wanted in NC. Around lunch time on that Saturday I had decided to purchase the car only to then run into a few questions that ranged from title, taxes, and insurance in the state of TN (where I currently reside). I have had a car provided through my job for years, including insurance, so there were several issues that came up when I wanted to title a car in TN. I still had my NC driver’s license, but was now living in TN. I called Ginger, and with 20 years’ experience she was able to answer all the questions that I and the dealer had from a process standpoint on the insurance and title side. I then sent her a text an hour later with another fire drill saying that I would need proof of insurance to complete the deal. Not much time elapsed when Ginger faxed and emailed all of the needed documents to complete the sale. Only later did I learn that she had to cut lunch short with her daughter and get her food to go in order to get those documents to me before end of business on that day. In any industry it is hard to find someone who has a high promise to delivery ratio. Furthermore, couple that with someone who has the experience to consult with you on what will be the best option for your particular needs. Ginger's ability to shop across multiple insurance companies helped me get the best rates and the most comprehensive plan. If anyone is looking for new insurance or unhappy with their current insurance, then run, don't walk to her. You will not be sorry and will see why she is the Ritz Carlton of the insurance industry.
