She went above and beyond to insure that I was completely taken care of and got the best deal possible. If you use this insurance company, definitely request her as your agent. (December 22, 2017, 4:10 pm)I've been with Geny for more than 15 years and have had good experience. Recently, Alexis took over as agent for my car, home, RV and motorcycle insurance. I asked her to look over all my policies to see if we could benefit from any changes. I just got a call that she looked it all over and found that putting all our policies with a particular carrie that she felt was the best would save me $1400 a year! She did not need any additional prompting from me. She got it done in a good time frame. I feel great about her service. :)
