(September 11, 2019, 10:47 am)The whole process in securing a life insurance policy through Zander has been incredibly organized and everyone we have worked with has been professional and courteous. I am confident they really did work to find us the best policy for our needs at the best rate available. One caution ... when you schedule your application phone interview, it really does take at least 30 minutes, so if you are at work, keep that in mind. Overall great group to work with!

Everyone we interacted with was kind, had a great attitude and timely in their responses. We are very pleased with our new policies and could not be more grateful to the staff at Zander.
(July 16, 2019, 10:17 am)My initial contact with Zander was the most reassuring and informative. I just found out that we had another item ordered in our name ---- which we didn't order. That's when we decided to get on board with Zander. My contact gave me plenty of time to gather the information that I needed to get and was very patient with me. It was the best reassurance that I was going to be taken care of completely.
(June 4, 2019, 8:29 am)You guys do great customer care way before I was even a customer! If I’d gone directly to the insurer, I don’t think I would have stayed through the process. I appreciated the regular status updates via email or voice mail, and the team was super helpful when I had questions about one of the many documents needed. Well done! I also appreciated the financial philosophical alignment with Dave Ramsey common sense principles and really appreciated the price comparison and great deal on my final insurance choice.
