(May 27, 2016, 10:20 am)I have been with a few different insurance companies and this is by far the best one in Elizabethton. Jackee is a wonderful agent and goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. State Farm paid me more than a fair amount. I was able to get a new car and still had money left over to pay my insurance for that 6 months. I am so pleased with the customer service I get at Jackee's office. She has an awesome team of ladies standing behind her and I feel assured knowing that I can reach out to them at any time. Great agency!!!!
(August 19, 2013, 10:34 am)This is a great insurance Agent. Customer service is what people expect and Jackee Johnston office has it. Have them do a discount double check for you they saved us a ton. This office goes out of its way to make you feel like your business is appreciated!
