They are always upbeat and professional, especially my representative Danielle! She is so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I know when I call, I will get an answer quickly. I highly recommend this office.
(June 4, 2019, 11:46 am)My name is Roberta I have been a client with State Farm Lamar Mackenzie's insurance office in Cleveland Tennessee for 20 years or more. I like having a hometown insurance company that I can call or stop by in person and feel comfortable doing so. Everyone in this office is very nice but my agent is Pamela she is very knowledgeable about insurance whether it is auto home or life. I know if I have an insurance question I can call Pamela and she will go far and beyond to provide me with the answer I need. Pamela is a wonderful person who cares about her clients and treats them with respect.Pamela and State Farm Lamar Mackenzie's insurance office provides me with the piece of mind I need knowing my insurance needs are met.I personally can say that I consider Pamela not only my insurance agent but also a friend.

(May 20, 2019, 11:18 pm)I am impressed by how quickly and efficiently Danielle handled my policy change when I needed a second vehicle added to my policy. She had it taken care of within 5 minutes and had my temporary insurance card emailed to me shortly after the phone call. She was very professional and got things done! I highly recommend State Farm, Lamar McKenzie above all the rest!!
(May 10, 2019, 10:28 am)I have been with State Farm for several years. Jessica is Amazing! She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for anything that I have asked of her. Any questions, assistance, opinion, suggestions, concerns, etc. she is always more than willing to help & I always get quick responses. The team at Lamar McKenzie is Great! I Love doing business with them! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type/multiple types of insurance needs! Great job to you all :)
