  Craig was excellent about providing all of the information I needed to make several decisions about my policies. He was patient and clear when explaining all of the options available to me and the costs associated with each of them. Craig recently took over my policies when my agent retired. Since then, I have a better understanding of my coverage than I ever have during my 20 years with State Farm Insurance. I highly recommend him.

  I just want to give a huge thank you to Ray Tiller. I’ve dealt with quite a few insurance agencies, and my experience with Ray was remarkable. I felt secure with my insurance decision, and was educated on things that I never thought to consider in regards to coverage and competitive rates. It’s one thing to sign somebody up for insurance, but to educate them on their decision is how you establish loyalty. Thank you again Ray! Life long customer!

  The customer service was excellent. Ray tiller was welcoming, informative, and professional. He was more than willing to help me whenever I had a question.   Craig is very knowledgeable about his craft. Anyone who spends even a few minutes talking with Craig can tell that he is honest and hard-working. He'll listen to your needs, and recommend the policy or service that fits you best. He won't try and sell you something you don't need, which is really what you want in an insurance agent...someone who looks out for your best interests first. You feel like you're his most important client whenever you call. I'm not sure how he does it, but I'm sure everyone feels that way. One of the good ones for sure.

  Craig is a phenomenal human being. I have been very good friends with him since the start of his career with State Farm. He is loyal, trustworthy and analytically smart where he ensure to take proper care of each and every individual. Craig loves his country and helping all the people in it. It shouldn’t matter about price when it comes to Craig, the service he provides is priceless. I would have all of my insurance with him if I was living in the Tennessee area!
