Top notch service and incredibly fast turnaround time. It was such a pleasure to deal with Troy and his staff! Genuinely concerned about my issue and it showed. I would recommend Foothills to my own family and friends. In fact, Troy came recommended by a family member who is using Foothills for a closing and is very pleased.
I have worked with Foothills Title many times, and they never fail to exceed my expectations. They are very professional, friendly, efficient, and great at what they do in every department. Today, I had a closing that I was worried would have to be delayed due to lender, and Stephanie and Lisa both worked to make sure my buyers were happy and did not have to delay the closing.
