I would like to thank Reggie Lane for his promptness in taking care of our claim. We were lucky enough to have Reggie as our claims adjustor both times. He is very professional and helpful. (August 23, 2019, 3:57 pm)I was contacted the same day I submitted an inquiry for homeowners insurance coverage. Ms. Hawkins respond quickly and filled me in on all aspects of the policy. Her suggestions were helpful as I am moving in from another state and am not familiar with Florida homeowners coverage. I appreciated the follow up call a couple days later as I had decided to use Home First for coverage on my newly purchased home in Ocala.

(July 17, 2019, 11:05 am)Zara made the experience quick and simple. She was also very understanding in the time it took between quote to closing. Will definitely recommend to others getting a manufactured home as Home First had the best rates and employees like Zara make the process super easy.
(June 12, 2019, 3:05 pm)Tremendous service. My agent is Zara Mack and she was great to me. She helped me save some money and also recommended items that would help me. Yes I spent a little more but, I got better coverage. All in all, a great experience with a great person.
