  Super kind at this office. I never have had any issues. They offered me better auto insurance than what I had before with a better price. I highly suggest the switch over to State Farm. They are always listening and understanding of any situation.

  I've never considered State Farm as a source to finance a vehicle before, but I thought "Why not?" I was pleasantly surprised to find great rates for my less than perfect credit. The absolute best part of the experience was the fast, friendly service from my not so local agent Ray Hightower, Joshua and Katie! Joshua and Katie were right on top of the changes in vehicles and quick to keep me informed of the progress of my financing options. I was not able to face to face with them, due to my work schedule and their distance from me. They were the "Good Neighbors" that you hope to have. Every one that I spoke to, including Jake, were out of their way helpful, friendly and pleasant with my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this agent and his staff for any insurance or financing needs!

  I can't even begin to explain the generosity that has been shown to the through Mr. Hightower, Mr. Brandt and Mrs. Katie! They have worked with me consistently to provide me with the best possible care. As a graduate student paying for school out of pocket, they were always so diligent in checking in with me and being in support of my goals and to assist with any financial setbacks that I have had! I am truly blessed to have them as my state farm agents!! thanks again!

  Mr. Hightower and his staff are incredible! I have NEVER had service like this from any business ever. Were it possible to give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. We had to file our first auto claim ever 2 weeks ago. In less than 15 minutes, we had our claims number. We were kept in the loop regarding our claim the entire time, and were in a new vehicle (our was totaled) in 2 weeks. Once again, stellar service, stellar company, stellar human being!!

  I had been hunting several insurances to find the best one. Then Josh returned my call. He was so informational. Very patient with all my questions. And seriously hooked me up for a low monthly payment. Ray also called to clear some things up. And again customer service was just unreal. They make you feel like family. And I love that. Looking forward to continue business with them. Will recommend to anyone!!
