(June 10, 2019, 7:43 am)Tyjae Smith, the loan rep, was very nice and so kind. He went above and out his way to ensure that he satisfied my needs and ensured I received everything I asked for! He also answered all of my questions and was very patient.
(November 30, 2018, 8:16 am)This is for the Founders on East main street in Spartanburg 29307- There are no words for how beautiful, loving, and caring these people are. They are always helpful and courteous. They always go above and beyond in service to me and my family. When my husband became extremely sick they were there for us. Ms. Cathy has been like a bank momma too us. Giving us wisdom and helping us understand things we didn't know about. NEVER looking down on us and always willing to help. Ms. Trista and Ms. Diane has been just as great. But that is honestly everyone there. Love these people. I will always stay with them.
(November 1, 2018, 7:42 am)I absolutely love this bank. When I lived in TN my favorite bank was also local. It was not a credit union but the loan I received was reasonable. Then I moved to SC and went with BoA which was and still is horrible as far as I know. Crazy charges for everything. When I got a job with the state I moved all my banking to Founders. What a huge difference in service. I admit I wasn’t expecting that. Also watching out for my money and alerting me. BoA did not do that. I don’t know who runs Founders but so far it has been very good. Not a selfish bank. Careful and prudent. Communicative when it is important. I appreciate it.
