  Mims is a great guy and very knowledgeable on all things insurance and retirement. I’ve known him for many years and honesty and integrity are foundations of who he is. I sent him my current insurance info that I felt like I did a pretty good job sourcing and within a few hours he had over $800 in savings for me on cars alone. Give him a call!

  I recently had starter problems with my car and had to call a tow truck to get repairs done but failed to call American National for my roadside assistance . When Michael heard that I had not used my coverage, he had me send him a pic of my tow invoice and promptly filed it with his claims department. He advised me that using this feature of my insurance coverage would not disqualify me in qualifying for the 25% premium cash back feature on our plan and I received the full amount of the tow charge in the mail yesterday. Thanks, Michael, for your excellent customer service and follow up to take care of my claim.

  Michael was hands-down the most professional and personable agent we have ever worked with.
