We moved to Easley a little over a year ago and State Farm had the lowest rates for auto insurance and we even got renter's insurance because it was so affordable! We work with Dawn and she is fabulous! They always call me back very fast and respond to emails in no time at all. They are all so helpful and make you feel very welcome when you go in the office. My husband and I are in our 20's and knew very little about all the details concerning our auto policy and Dawn was GREAT at explaining everything to us! Low rates, hospitality, and service...what more could you ask for! Thanks State Farm we love you guys and will use you guys for all our insurance needs!!!
(August 15, 2016, 12:33 pm)I have had insurance with this specific agent for many years. I have always been pleased with their coverage and customer service. I recently spoke with Dawn. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She called me back in a timely manner with the quotes that I asked for. She was able to make changes to my policy over the phone, which was very convenient for me.
(June 3, 2016, 6:58 am)I have been a client of theirs since I bought my first car from my parents when I was 18. They're amazing, affordable, and always helpful. After 7 years of loyal service that "discount double check" is real and it is seriously the best. I probably pay less for two cars and renter's than most people pay for only one car with another company. I recommend them to any and everybody. I have only ever filed one claim with them when I was a victim of a hit and run, and they made the process simple. My car was considered totaled but they made buying back my car quick and painless with just one phone call, and they didn't brand my title either! I usually deal with Joan in the office and she's just the sweetest woman ever. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!
