  We've had our household checking acct with Suntrust for 35 years. This bank has taken various forms over the years, but they're always bent over backwards for us. It's sad they've closed some branches and now there's some apprehension about their upcoming merger with TD, but things change.
  
  No organization is perfect - and all people have flaws/bad days. Better training ( and re-training ) can help in many cases if there are staff issues. We can ALL do better.
  Managers Dianne to Terry to Sarah to Susan(and others) - each has extended to us care and a great measure of grace through the decades. We are VERY fond of the staff at this branch - as we've been at other branches.
