In addition to using him for my personal insurance needs, I have had the opportunity to interact with many of his customers and clients in our community. Folks always speak highly of him. He is reliable and honest, and I strongly recommend Jamie for your insurance needs.
(January 16, 2019, 8:09 pm)My wife and I have had our auto insurance through this agency since we got married back in 2010 (when it was owned by Jason Landford). In 2011, we moved to Charleston, SC and kept our auto insurance through this agency. They’ve always been extremely helpful even though we’re more than 200 miles away. A couple of weeks ago, we bought a new pickup truck and I was blown away by how helpful, thorough, and personable Jamie McVay was on the phone. I imagine an agency that is so great with customers as far away as we are would be nothing short of amazing to deal with locally. Thank you, Jamie and your staff! We will remain loyal customers.
(April 4, 2018, 3:57 pm)I called the agency hoping to find out what paperwork I needed to fill out in order to add 2 additional drivers and another car to our current insurance policy. To my surprise, Joyce (Lesley) answered the phone, quickly found my policy, added the information for 2 drivers and the additional car, searched & found the best rates, and emailed me a temporary insurance card in less than 20 minutes. The only way she could have made the process easier for me is if she had offered to pay our premium too. Thanks to Joyce for her stellar service! ”
