  I left my old insurance company years ago after I witnessed an act of kindness from Mr Hester toward one of my elderly customers. He went above and beyond in my opinion! I have been with this agency from that day forward!! I’ve given them ample time to show their colors (no ones perfect right??)....I have absolutely never been disappointed!! They care for you like family!!! Note: I’m one of their more difficult customers too!! Lol!!! I also can not thank Ms. Lisa enough for everything she does for me and my family!! I just love this agency!!

  I have been a customer here for 25 years, the best service. Feels more like family than a business. All the agents are so helpful. Lisa Mcabee has always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my policy. I love my state farm family ❤

  I have been doing business @ Michael Hester's office for years! Everyone there has always been the best at helping me with my personal accounts as well as my business. I usually ask for Lisa but I love everyone there. I would highly recommend his office to anyone!
