(April 11, 2019, 5:07 pm)I am sooo happy I found Lee @ Capalbo Insurance. I've been trying to get insurance for my new business for five weeks. One company from Pawtucket made me wait three weeks just to tell me that my special needs to meet DEM's requirements were impossible to meet. Lee said, "What is he talking about, it's all just standard?" Another recommended insurance company would just send me to one answering machine after another, with no one calling me back. Lee took care of all my insurance needs in Fifteen minutes while she waited for her next client who was running late. Fifteen Minutes! Thank you so much Lee for the great customer service and all your encouragement.
(April 1, 2019, 4:48 pm)I recently switched over to Capalbo insurance after many years with another agent. I cannot get over how much money Lee was able to save our business. I bundled our Liability, WC and commercial auto and have savings of over $6000! Her level of customer service is impeccable, answers all calls and questions promptly and takes the time to explain the process. I would highly recommend Capalbo insurance.
