(July 24, 2019, 11:28 am)I read some of the reviews left and I am surprised at all of the 1 star comments ... but this is a complaining society. I get that speaking to foreigners is difficult and I get that too many phone calls are made. Just ask to be put on the do not call list. I can read between the lines with some of the comments ... health insurance from all companies is complicated ... mistakes are made, but I have always found that the reps really try to resolve issues. Rude reps are everywhere ...... if you get one hang up and call back.
