  Transmission problems in our 2010 Grand Caravan. Had it towed to a local transmission shop. CARS authorized the transmission replacement and located one for us. Shipping took longer than expected but it arrived in great condition. With the deductible, sales tax, shop labor cost over $70/hr and other misc charges, my out of pocket expense was only $223. Now 6 months later, all is going well and I am very happy with CARS.
