  I am writing this review just based on a phone call that I had made regarding registering a motorcycle that I'd recently purchased in MD last weekend. I called this particular location because it stated online that they were open until 7pm. I just wanted to get some information regarding the process for registering the bike, the title transfer and getting personalized tags for the bike in the process & of course costs. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but the woman was very polite, courteous & informative. I live in the far NW part of the city & I was thinking about bypassing the nearest tag agency which is 5 minutes away from me to visit with Imperial based on the recent contact.
  
  I've read some negative reviews on here regarding this location, but its not the impression that I got at all when I called. Furthermore, I also respect the fact that Gary the owner addresses each negative review and responds accordingly. P.S. - I called the location back just to find out who I spoke to because I wanted her to receive the proper recognition regarding this review. Thank you Natasha :-)!

  I highly recommend using The Imperial Agency. As someone who moved out of state and has never transferred a title over before, they were nothing but helpful from beginning to end! The staff was nothing but friendly and was able to answer all my questions. They even went over different things that the DMV was not able to answer. 500/10 would recommend!

  Staff are great but Natasha is fantastic & easily helped my father with his paperwork. When you want your paperwork done right? Imperial Auto Tags is the place for you.

  I am writing this review based on a recent experience I had during a brief visit to their Frankford location on Saturday morning. Please keep in mind that I have yet to do actual business with this establishment, but the reception that I received from the woman that I spoke to ( I believe her name was Peggy....) made a lasting impression on me. I recently moved back to Philly and I am in the process of changing over my license registration etc..... I stopped here with the hopes that I would be able to do an out of state license transfer ( the line at the DMV was ridiculously long).
  Peggy was nice enough to explain to me that they do not handle out of state transfers, and was kind enough to fill me in on the services that they do offer. I am currently in the need of a registration change and insurance for my new vehicle so I was eager to hear what they could offer. Peggy was gracious enough to listen as I explained my situation to her. She was patient, kind and reassuring. Her concern was genuine and it reflected in her demeanor. After speaking with her, I left KNOWING that I would be back to to business at this establishment.
  
  I wanted to put that out there because I read a review here in which a customer was unsatisfied with an experience that they had at this location. I know that all people can not be pleased and that everyone's perspective on a given situation may be different, however I simply wanted people to know that I walked into AND left this establishment with GOOD vibes....... This place seems like a good place to do business
