  David and his team are excellent to work with. They always work hard to provide the best rates, and every time I call with a request they take care of it quickly and easily.

  David gave me the very best possible customer service. He called me within an hour of my having reported a claim for a fairly minor car accident. He wanted to know if I was alright, what were the damages, all the important questions. He also reminded me that I have coverage for a rental, which put my mind (and pocket book) at ease.
  
  What a stroke of genius to have left an overcharging car insurance company in order to go with the insurance company he selected for me. I strongly recommend his services.

  David and Roxanne from Richmond and Associates are definately top notch! They do not look at their clients as a number. They are very personable and HONEST! Hard working and quick to respond to all of your needs. I have had David review my policies I had with a competitor. Due to an accident I was he was not able to beat the quote but made suggestions that were extremely helpful to ensure I Had the PROPER coverage in case something like that happened again in the future. I also recommend a lot of personal friends, family and clients. I know they will always be very well and will be satisfied! Go Richmond and Associates :-)

  I have had my auto insurance policy with Richmond and Associates Insurance for around 4 years now. They were able to get me better coverage with full tort for a slightly lower price I had been paying elsewhere with one of the big nationally advertised companies. It's very nice because I know from experience that I can always call and speak with someone if I need help or have questions I need answered. During the time I have carried insurance through Richmond and Associates, I have never had a problem, and I don't anticipate any. Thank-you for the piece of mind you provided. It's just one less thing I have to think about being so busy as a business owner.
