  Had a transmission go bad in my 2014 Silverado a month after purchase. They didn’t even question the garage I chose about anything, just approved it the next day and paid the bill without question. Super pleased as it saved me several grand. Only complaint is I had to pay the sales tax on top of the $100 deductible but in general happy with the company. The garage said they were one of the easiest warranty companies to deal with.

  This is the easiest warranty company to work with. Always friendly on the phone, quick at answering the phone. A pleasure to deal with. I recommend this warranty company to all my clients.

  Answered all questions precisely pertaining to making a claim. Agents are knowledgeable about GWC warranty or extended coverage for vehicle. Will make sure will have complete understanding on what you can and can not do. They communicate effectively on what steps to get the situation resolved. Had coverage for over a year and first time calling. They helped ease my angst about getting my car repaired. Thank you to the two reps i spoke with, you do your company a great service with your professionalism.

  This company was a blessing to me. I purchased a 750 LI BMW in 2016 and I purchased an extended warranty from GWC the No Worries, Just Drive Bumper to Bumper. It cost be an additional Five Thousand dollars but it was worth it. I had to put in a claim twice. The first time The transmission computer system had to be replace which was about 4 thousand dollars GWC called me just to ask some questions and after that the adjuster went to the dealership and approved the repair. Almost 2 years later I just had my Turbo Boosters and oil seal replaced which came to about 5 thousand and they covered it also. I have not had any problems with GWC denying any of my repairs. I read a lot of reviews where they did not cover repairs but I think you really have to purchase the 5 thousand dollar warranty to get the big repairs covered. The only issue is they no longer offer that warranty at the dealership where I purchased the car at Sun Motors in Mechanicsburg PA. It is a great warranty I know 5 thousand is a lot for a warranty but I have a car when it was made the bumper sticker was 105k so I was not taking any chances although I only paid 45k. So sorry for the long review but if this helps someone to decide on what type of warranty to get with GWC always get the No Worries, Just Drive warranty it is by far the best. Also the customer service people are always nice to me over the phone.

  It was flawless. I had only had the vehicle 10 days and had a claim.... unfortunately. DAY ONE MILE ONE rang true in every sense. I do think though the "average rate of labor" is low in your favor. $106 is what I was told by the rep. It is $140/ hour at most reputable dealers near me. I was told I would be responsible for the extra if I have another claim. I also wish in the warranty it would cover shop supplies where they customer only has to pay the deductible. Just my 2 cents. Again, I was pleased with the process and thank GWC for standing behind the contract...I mean is was $4k for the contract so I expect the same process and ease if and when another claim is filed. You have a customer for life if it all happens the same. Thank you again!!!.
