  I've yet to file a claim, but the service has been great with setting up (and removing) the many policies that my boyfriend and I hold for our four cars and two motorcycles plus our renters policy. The pricing from Erie is great too.

  As a newly married couple, my wife and I were looking for help in purchasing policies for Auto and Renters insurance - and since it was our first time doing this together, we needed help in deciphering what all we were spending our money on. We spoke to Ross G. about the coverage we were seeking, and he went above and beyond by listening to our questions and comprehensivly explaining the specifics of what our policies would cover. His thoughtful and knowledgeable answers helped up craft the coverage we needed while also allowing us to rest assured that we had made smart decisions.   We had a wonderful experience at our first meeting with Ross Garrett from Baron Insurance Group. Ross Garrett answered our questions and returned all of our messages in a timely fashion. The office on a whole was extremely friendly and comfortable so we could concentrate on our policy. Baron offered us an excellent price in comparison to all of the other companies that we explored. We highly recommend Baron Insurance Group to all!

  I was confused and dissatisfied with the auto/home/personal liability insurance that I had - I contacted Baron and was treated courteously and professionally. I was contacted promptly by Luke, a very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful young man who was able to answer questions and explain things clearly. I now feel much more comfortable with my coverage and premium - I would recommend Baron Insurance Group and Luke without reservation.
