  I am the COO of YDOP, a 20 person internet marketing firm in Lancaster and we signed up with Eliance for the LGH self funded health insurance product that they offer. Our team is thrilled with the new insurance they have. As a small business, we never would have thought we could provide insurance benefits this great and so affordable to our team. The team at Eliance has been absolutely amazing, very communicative and responsive to our needs and questions. I could not recommend this program more to businesses that have 15 or more employees that are signed up for your group health (that is the minimum participation needed)
