Last year we bought a second home and decided to check out Farmers (maybe the crazy commercials got our attention) and Scott gave us such a great deal that we switched to him for our primary residence as well. Great customer service also. Would definitely recommend.

They have worked to provide exceptional savings on both home and auto insurance while maintaining the same coverage as I currently had been receiving. I worked with James and he provided excellent customer service. He made the process very easy, was efficient and very responsive to answering all of my questions. He made the transition from our current insurer to Farmers very painless and simple. I highly recommend James and this agency to anyone looking for great rates and service!

I wish it hadn't taken me so long to switch companies, but now that I have, I can't imagine going back. Highly recommend to anyone who needs great insurance at an affordable price.
(December 30, 2015, 10:35 pm)This agency is great! They worked with us to get our insurance costs lower (and actually more coverage) before we had our first baby, saving us a huge amount annually. Their service was great and I really felt like they were knowledgable on all insurance questions we had. I liked how friendly they were and how they walked us through our "thousands" of questions. We switched over our homeowners and car insurance and have been very pleased with everything they did for us. I would definitely recommend them.
