With so many options for insurance/coverage, I was having a hard time figuring out what is right for me until I met with Ed at Gilmartin Agency. Not only was he extremely informative, but he also was patient while explaining what coverage would benefit me the most. I definitely would recommend this agency to anyone looking to get the best prices and customer service!
(November 28, 2018, 10:36 am)I cannot express how fantastic Gilmartin Insurance Agency is. I was with another insurance company for 16 years for my auto and 1 Year for My home Owners. I needed to switch due to my insurance rates constantly going up to a ridiculous amount. I spoke with friends and co-workers and decided to go with Gilmartin. I can tell you that they give you the good "Mom and Pop" experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and my dedicated insurance agent made sure that i had the right coverage and policies which saved myself a little over $1000 a year. I had my mother switch to Gilmartin also as she was with my same old insurance company for 37 years. the other company tried charging her almost $1,700 a year for 1 Car!!!! Gilmartin was able to save her almost $900 which is huge since she is on a very fixed income. I would highly recommend this insurance company to anyone that is looking for one. Thank you Ed and Staff for everything you have done!
(November 4, 2018, 1:12 pm)My family and I have had Erie insurance for years. Best prices and great coverage. They have always been so easy to deal with from claims to everyday questions about policies. This weekend Ed went above and beyond. We were buying a car out of state and the agency was closed. When I reached out to him on his cell he got right back to me and took care of our the addition to our policy with the dealership so we could drive our new car home.
(May 8, 2017, 1:11 pm)Satisfied customer. I wanted to lower my current policy's rate so I applied for new quotes online from a few different companies, Erie included. I wanted to stay with Erie at the Gilmartin Agency since they've been good to me for years, so I spoke with an agent here named Nancy to see if she could apply the new online quote to my existing policy. She was able to beat the competitors prices while still offering me great coverage and a multi-policy discount. I'm glad I decided to stay with Erie. Nancy was the most professional agent I've ever spoken with.
