Kimberly Reuss: Allstate Insurance

I switched to Kimberly Reuss to have an Allstate agent close to home, and it has been a great experience. She, or somebody from the agency, replies quickly to any questions I have and delivers great support in the process.

Allstate itself has consistently impressed me with its claims support too, for both home and auto. I'm always cost-conscious when selecting a policy, but the proven dependability I've gotten from Allstate is really worth something as well.

I have had three large claims in the past several years, one for a totaled car and injuries where the other person was at fault, and two recently for things that happened to my house. The adjusters have been straightforward and customer-focused. The insurance horror stories out there always make me worry about getting screwed on some technicality, or getting an adjuster that just wants to deny everything, but so far everybody at Allstate has been motivated to make things right. They have been open about how they could help with the claims, paid fair amounts, and paid quickly.

They were able to match my current pricing for renters insurance and offer me more coverage.

The whole staff is absolutely amazing here. They honestly treat you like family. I have never had an insurance agent that sent me a get well card when she found out I had surgery. Just down to earth people. I found a gem in Kim and her staff. Prices are amazing too!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
