I mainly talked with Sandy but she checked numerous vin numbers for me when I was car shopping and was always very pleasant. Instead of getting a new car I transferred my car I’ve been using into my name from my Dad’s and setting up the transition into new insurance under my name from my Dad’s was effortless. Definitely would recommend.

In the case of an out of the ordinary policy payment problem I created, Alan spent several hours on my behalf to rectify it. When setting up my homeowners policy for my new home, Alan made the process easy and straightforward.

Years ago I had an offer from another insurance company that was cheaper so I left Gieseler insurance. After the initial year my rates with the new company increase almost two fold! I immediately called Steve and went back to this company and have remained a faithful client! I highly recommend them!!
