Most importantly, they are responsive and available to handle telephone inquiries promptly and courteously. Unlike many agents that rely on answering machines, they actually pick up the phone. And when they're busy with other clients, they return calls promptly. Their focus on the client experience and customer service should serve as benchmarks in the industry. Claims are handled promptly and State Farm keeps you posted every step of the way. Beyond that, Tom's office follows up personally to assure your complete satisfaction.

(February 1, 2019, 9:24 am)I've been with this State Farm office since I moved back to the area 5 years ago. They've always been very helpful and understanding. I don't even live in Beaver County any more, as I've moved to Pittsburgh, but I've kept them because they've been great to me!
