(July 6, 2018, 10:42 am)Been a customer for over 7 years. Just had my first auto claim handled through Erie. Brad from this office was awesome. He was a wealth of knowledge helped during a very upsetting time (even handled my teary calls well). I had a driver with Chubb insurance run a red light and hit me. Erie stepped in when Chubb wasn't processing anything and I had to get rental car to return to work. They took care of everything. They advised me very well and made a trying time much easier! Could not be happier with this insurance.
