  When I first moved to Pittsburgh in 2010 I chose Grace Robinson’s State Farm office on Baum Boulevard.
  
  In 2018 Robinson retired, and my account was transferred to Mike Newell’s office.
  
  In 2013 I purchased a Honda Fit at Shadyside Honda. I’m not sure if Robinson’s office incorrectly recorded the VIN at that time or if a subsequent clerical error occurred; however, when I went to get my car inspected today at Shadyside Honda I was told they could not complete the service because State Farm had my VIN incorrect.
  
  In a panic I called Newell’s office and left a voicemail. Shortly after 9 AM representative Carl Nero called me back. He was able to correct the error. Since the office was only two blocks away from the service station I was able to walk over immediately, sign paperwork, and meet Carl. He faxed the corrected VIN over to Shadyside Honda so I could have my vehicle serviced. I’m not sure how my car was inspected each year since 2013/2014 if the VIN was incorrect with State Farm, but thanks to Carl Nero I am now much happier with Mike Newell’s office!
  
  I plan to schedule an appointment soon with Nero to discuss life insurance and possibly upgrading my auto insurance. Thanks, Carl, and thanks, Mike Newell!

  I highly recommend having Mike take a look at your current insurance coverage.
