  Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. I know whoever answers the phone will be willing to help and resolve any issues I may have. Specifically, Brad has always been my go-to. I’ve had State Farm insurance for years and I remember always asking for him on the phone because I knew he would take care of anything I needed. Whether it be questions or concerns, he’d have it resolved quickly. He’s upfront, on top of things, and most importantly, cares about his customers. I’ve gotten to the point where if anything concerns me on paper, I know it will be resolved as soon as I call. It’s one less thing to worry about. I’m the type to panic when things go wrong, but when I call I don’t stress at all. Even though Brad is my go-to, sometimes when he’s not available, Markila will answer. She’s awesome as well. They take care of their people and I love that. I highly recommend James Bair State Farm, Brad, Markila, and the rest of the staff.

  Markila is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind representative I have ever spoken to on the phone. I have been insured by State Farm for five years and in that time I have moved three times and totaled my vehicle (just three months after I paid it off.) She has answered the phone every time I had a question or concern with joyful positivity and takes all the time that I need to understand State Farm's process. Markila reminds me why I am with State Farm and I wish that more customer service representatives were like her. You can't beat getting off the phone with a smile after talking to an insurance company!

  I was insurance shopping and waiting for a quote from a different state farm agent when a coworker told me about Brad. I contacted him and was immediately impressed. He responded within an hour, gave me a fantastic quote, and continues to go above and beyond every time I need him. He is always prompt, personable, and extremely helpful. His level of customer service is exceptional. If you are looking for an agent that you can trust will always have your best interest in mind, Brad is your guy. I would highly recommend!

  Brad was probably the most helpful person I’ve ever talk to on the phone. Extremely personable and honest. He let me know exactly what I was getting into, and helped me getthe best deal I could based on my circumstances. It was an informative and eye-opening experience for me. Brad is a fantastic agent.
