  My wife and I visited the store twice in order to understand which Medicare Advantage plan would best fit our needs. Brandon was our consultant and was able to answer all of our questions and he also took the time to fully explain the Medicare process. We were very pleased with our experience.

  My Dad taught me that it’s always better to speak directly to someone’s face than into their ear when trying to resolve a customer service issue. That is the beauty of these stores. Face to face customer service... no 800 number. Direct from Highmark.
  
  Anyway, this location is great. My father had an issue wherein a doctor was billing with an incorrect code resulting in his claim not being paid. He walked in *no appointment necessary* and was able to speak to a customer advocate who got the issue resolved the same day.
  
  Highly recommend. Save yourself the frustration of calling the toll free line and pushing a bunch numbers before you even get to talk to someone.

  I had a great experience with the Highmark in Monroeville. It started out with a phone call. The receptionist was extremely kind, friendly and helpful.
  I went to the Monroeville location to continue on. I was greeted by the receptionist Janice who was so sweet. The staff was so helpful and had answers to all my questions. Thanks.

  We received excellent service from this Highmark office today. We had a troubling UPMC billing issue and Darlene went the extra mile to resolve it with us. In addition, the concierge, Heather, greeted us promptly and helped make our brief wait a pleasant one. Grateful for this local accessible office!
