I have been a loyal customer of the Monica Smith Agency for at minimum 9 years. Monica and her staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I receive calls every few months with offers to review my policies and there is never any pressure to purchase. Monica always ensures that her clients have a good understanding of what their insurance coverage/policies provide for the policy holder. American Family handled my accident claim, and the claim of the other party with fast and efficient service and explained all of the costs associated with the damage repairs outside of the deductible. The staff (and Monica) respond quickly to inquiries in regards to questions and inquiries and handle billing issues and concerns quickly and efficiently.
