04/29/2010. The warranty company claims that it will stand by the work performed by there contractor, but this was a LIE. They only stood behind the contractor performing the work, not a consumers satisfaction with the work. Anyone who sees this company associated with a contractor should be warned (buyer beware) Description of Work.

On May 27th, 2018 I received a letter from the Alacrity services writing to me that I had signed off on a certificate of satisfaction for work performed properly by Serv Pro company # 3560, a third party company that was hired by the Alacrity service, which was managed by Allstate.
