  I met Jay years ago just as he was taking over the agency. What really impressed me about him was his commitment to the community and being the best at what he does.
  
  As long as I've known him he has always been investing in his own growth, both as a business owner and learning about his industry. When it comes to looking for an agent. Someone I'll be trusting to take care of my assets and my family in the good times and if something should happen, this is the type of agent I want to have.

  Jay Dekalb has been the best insurance agent I have ever had. Is always available to answer any questions and concerns I may have and takes the time to make sure I understand my bill and policy. Highly recommended! Great communication, reliable, trustworthy and all around great experience.
