(June 25, 2019, 3:11 pm)Seth and Jacki are great. Jacki set up my insurance in about 15 minutes and i have no knowledge About anything. She did EVERYTHING and was happy to do it. My insurance went from about 220 for just my car to 115 for my car AND pickup. And when i went to add my pickup i thought itd be a hassle... Took less than 5 minutes and she set up auto pay for me. I didn't have to do anything crazy and my bill was cut in half. This is my 5th or so experience with eith an insurance company and hands down the best I've ever had. Also, Im not an internet savvy person, im use to having to do things over the phone... She made it very simple over email and when i couldnt figure something out, she was happy to resend an email or anything i needed. Not once did i feel like an inconvenience. Best experience yet.
