(August 16, 2018, 9:59 am)If you are interested in good insurance rates and good service use Kathy Buzalsky's State Farm. I've been insured by her team (and Mike Kondos before her) for over 34 years and it has always been a pleasure. A real person answers the phone and is always helpful. And when I've needed to make a claim it has always been trouble free. State Farm is a good company, but more importantly Kathy is a great agent. And not all agents are the same. Choosing your agent is just as important as choosing your insurance company. Choose wisely and I highly recommend Kathy and her team.

She took the time to thoroughly answer my questions while also explaining all my options. This made my decision to move to this agency an easy one.
