Love these people, always help me out. They are always there for us and always finding discounts for us. Don't ever plan on any other insurance company. Never had any other insurance.
I only used Michelle very briefly for mobile home insurance before I left the state. Literally about 2 months. This review is not about the insurance or cost, but her as a person.
When I met with her at the office, she was very nice. She listened, understood, we had a talk about her business and family life balance, and we talked straight business.
The impression I had from her is she is no nonsense, a straight shooter, but also understanding, listens, and wants to help. I only did a very small amount of business with her (a few hundred), but I was very pleased with her personalty, and she did not talk strictly business. I really felt like she was down to earth.
I doubt I will ever live in the area again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use her services. Michelle was personable and easy to like. I was saying a lot of negative things about other insurance companies, and she just listened and gave her honest feedback and told me she wants to be different and gave me exactly what I wanted. Did not try to oversell.
Great lady with a great personality.
