I recently had a serious situation, which involved my bank account, and Tiffany was all over it!!! (March 28, 2019, 1:32 pm)I just had my annual review at Martin & Lark. They handle my home, auto, and business insurance. The coverages are comprehensive in every area. The value is very good. The customer service is exceptional. If my agent is unavailable in a meeting, the knowledgeable staff almost always can give me an answer regarding my policies right away, and if not, I always get a prompt call back with the answer. Most importantly, as much as they keep an eye on me and my business, they keep a sharp eye on the companies they represent, so I know my coverage is reliable if I ever need it.

As a business owner you never know what life throws at you which is why insurance is important. I've had a few claims and Rick and his team have always been there for me. Coming from a family business he also brings that knowledge which helps greatly. I highly recommend Rick and his team.
