(April 25, 2019, 8:34 am)I have been with the same BIG name carrier for literally over 20 years. I have several cars and additional policies and was paying a bit over $300a month for coverages and yeah the cost was getting crazy with monthly fluctuating rates. I was referred to modene insurance and spoke to Kim, she spent over 45 minutes on the phone and got me identical coverage for $100less a month than state farm. I called back the next day to go ahead and start and she said " Mike how much do u like me", I was immediately nervous thinking I'm going to be told something changed for the worst but she said she spoke to another carrier and got my rates dropped again another 75 bucks, so she now for 4 vehicles and a home policy we are at a wonderful rate of $180 a month. This is what customer service is, an agent that goes the extra mile to assure your paying the best rate available instead of letting you settle for something you think is normal. THANK YOU Kim!!!
(August 23, 2018, 10:23 am)We have used Dave and his team for well over a decade. Today is a sad day as we've moved to Texas and need to change insurance providers and agents. He and his team have always been extremely responsive, helpful, and put us first. I've recommended Modene to friends. Great agent, great team.
