Progressive Insurance

Friendly, helpful staff when I finally found the office. The office is very hard to find. My GPS had me all over Levis Commons. I had to call Akron Progressive for help finding them. I wonder how much business they lose just because you can't find them.

I have been searching for the correct location of this insurance agent and never asked him. However this should be his location. His name is Chris B. Not sure if I should list his last name and I would love to, but this is good enough. We recently had a fire set/start in/on my vehicle. This occurred on June 30th. This entire incident of moving close vehicles and assuring that nothing blew nor anyone would get in harms way was a day I will never forget. I am so thankful that I had insurance with Progressive over any and all other insurance companies. In fact, the agent Chris B., I can't say enough wonderful things about this gentleman. He answered all my questions, even questions I should have asked, he answered. He always responded to me promptly and his voice over the phone was so soothing and kind and that to me is extremely important during a time such as this. This was my only vehicle and he did everything he said he would do. I had to purchase a cheaper car to get around and I am still with Progressive soley due to his work ethics and how he has/had handled my claim. Again I can't say enough good things about my experience, the only good thing that came out of this was assuring I had Progressive and thank God Chris is an agent for this insurance company! Thank you Chris B. for making this awful experience much easier to cope!
