  Kathy and I feel the Durham agency takes care with us. We are retired and during our annual reviews with Durham the discussion leans to how we can save money without losing valuable coverage. Usually before the annual reviews I check prices with a half a dozen A+ companies. One may have slightly lower auto and one may have lower home owners, but when we examine the total package (auto, home owner, motorcycle and umbrella) none beat coverage and price of Allstate.

  I have nothing but the highest regard for the Durham Agency. Without exception every time I have called with a question or problem the person with whom I spoke (and there have been four different persons) ensured that I was unfailingly treated with courtesy and given the feeling that my issue was foremost on that person's daily agenda. I would recommend this agency (and Allstate) to anyone who asked. The flawless care I have received from this agency and Allstate are the reasons I refuse to even entertain attempts to lure me to another insurance company and agency with the promise of lower rates. Sometimes a few dollars potential saving is not worth the risk of losing superb service.

  The Durham Family agency of Allstate Insurance has handled my home and auto insurance business for 14 years now, ever since I moved into the area. They educated me in the beginning, helped me right-size my policies, and assisted me through changes in family and life. They have been very quick and very flexible to work with: A simple phone call or email, and their competent advice came right back, or the request was just done. I strongly recommend them as insurance agents.

  I have used this agency for about 20 years for all of my insurance needs. I have even referred this agent to my sister. A year ago I checked with other insurance groups to see about a possibility of changing my car insurance. To my relief the other agencies quotes were more than what I currently have. My sister had a house fire. The agency came thru and helped with ALL of her needs. So my testimony is first hand. Kenneth and my friend Becky you have me for life. Thank you for all of your respectful and courteous responses you have given to all of my questions throughout the years.

  The Durham family has always been great to us and our insurance needs. Whenever we have had an issue or question, they provided us with the right answer or advice we needed in a very professional and timely manner. We couldn't ask for a better insurance agent.
