  For now I'm good with them,insured my home and three cars and saved $378 a year. Very nice people to talk to,not like my old agent in Strasburg,and I've got better coverage than I had before. Best move I've made in a while with insurance companies and agents.

  I went in yesterday to speak to Joel. He was very welcoming. He was laid back and not pushy. Told me everywhere we could save money. They were fantastic with my daughter. He made the process so easy. I can't say enough good things about this agency!

  I had a great experience at McKinnon Insurance while switching my policies over to Farmers! Joel was very thorough in answering all my questions and really made me confident that I was making the right decision! He's very good at what he does and tailors every policy to fit the needs of that customer... I would def recommend these guys!

  Joel explained our new policies in a way we could easily understand. He was so courteous and professional. He saved us almost $700 a year while providing more comprehensive coverage. We highly recommend Joel!

  I've been a customer of Joel McKinnon insurance agency for over a year now. Over the years, I've mostly secured policies online or via an 800 number with a major company. The times when we did have a local insurance agency, there never really seemed to be any benefit to it. Until we switched to McKinnon. Not only are our insurance rates lower than we've ever had them, but we've had significant challenges (due to flood zoning) with refinancing a mortgage. We received TOP NOTCH service sometimes several times a day from one of the agents, Cindi. She strived for accuracy, timeliness, and friendliness with every interaction. What a great group of professionals!
